Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design and Optimization:

• Design and implement user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and effective in achieving business goals.
• Continuously optimize the user experience to increase conversion rates and average session time.

User Research and Testing:

• Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights into user behaviors and preferences.
• Use data and feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on existing designs.

A/B Testing and Analytics:

• Plan and execute A/B tests to evaluate the impact of design changes on user engagement and conversion rates.
• Analyze results and apply insights to refine and improve the user experience.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Communicate design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
