Celect is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build scalable, privacy-safe recruitment products. You will own features end-to-end across frontend and backend, collaborate closely with product/design, and help maintain a high bar for code quality and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and ship features across frontend and backend
• Develop clean, well-tested code with TypeScript
• Own APIs, data models, and integrations
• Optimize performance, reliability, and security
• Participate in code reviews and mentor teammates
• Collaborate on architecture and roadmap decisions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience shipping production software
• Strong with TypeScript, React, Node.js
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and cloud (AWS or similar)
• Solid testing practices (unit/integration) and CI/CD
• Comfortable owning features end-to-end in a small team
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with Next.js/NestJS, GraphQL, or serverless
• Data privacy and security best practices
• Exposure to recruiting/HR tech
