Celect is seeking a Customer Success Manager who will play a pivotal role in growing our clientele and ensuring our current clients remain subscribed and satisfied with our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding and Training:
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive start with Celect’s services.
- Provide comprehensive training to clients on how to effectively use our platform and tools.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and ensuring their success.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback.
Client Retention and Satisfaction:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor client usage and engagement, proactively addressing any issues that may lead to churn.
Upselling and Expansion:
- Identify opportunities to expand our services within existing client accounts.
- Present additional features and services to clients, demonstrating how they can benefit from expanded use of Celect’s offerings.
Feedback and Improvement:
- Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve our products and services.
- Advocate for client needs and ensure their voice is heard in company decision-making processes.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track key metrics related to client success, including satisfaction scores, retention rates, and account growth.
- Prepare regular reports on client health and present findings to senior management.
