Celect is seeking an experienced Advanced Community Building Expert to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing and nurturing a thriving community of professionals, industry experts, and partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in community management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Strategy Development:

  • Design and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies aligned with Celect’s mission and goals.
  • Identify key community growth metrics and develop plans to achieve them.

Community Engagement:

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with community members through various channels, including social media, forums, webinars, and events.
  • Create and curate valuable content that resonates with our audience and encourages active participation.

Event Planning and Execution:

  • Organize and host virtual and in-person events, such as meetups, webinars, and conferences, to foster community engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of community events.

Feedback and Improvement:

  • Gather and analyze feedback from community members to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to incorporate community insights into company strategies and offerings.

Partnership Development:

  • Identify and establish partnerships with industry influencers, organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance community growth and engagement.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with partners to maximize mutual benefits.

Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor community metrics and prepare regular reports on community health, engagement levels, and growth.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and improve community strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in community management or a related role, preferably in the tech or recruiting industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, community forums, and other engagement tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Experience with event planning and management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of AI and recruitment industry trends.
  • Familiarity with community management software and tools.
