Overview Celect is seeking a UI Developer to build polished, accessible, and performant user interfaces for our recruitment AI products. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality experiences that delight users.

Responsibilities • Implement responsive, accessible UI using modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 • Build and maintain React components, hooks, and state management (Redux/Zustand) • Partner with designers to translate Figma designs into production-ready code • Own cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and accessibility (WCAG) • Integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs and collaborate on API contracts • Write unit/integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library) and participate in code reviews • Contribute to design systems and component libraries • Troubleshoot issues and deliver incremental improvements in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications • 2–5 years of professional UI/front-end development experience • Strong proficiency with React and modern front-end tooling (Vite/Webpack, ESLint, Prettier) • Solid understanding of CSS architecture (Flexbox/Grid), responsive layouts, and accessibility • Experience with state management (Redux/Zustand) and API integration (REST/GraphQL) • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest/RTL) and CI/CD workflows • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design and backend teams

Nice to Have • Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Storybook • Experience with performance profiling and Lighthouse • Exposure to Angular or Vue
